Class 1 teachers are Mrs Morton and Mrs Leigh. Our teaching assistant is Miss Pickett.
We made diva lamps to help us learn about the Hindu festival of Diwali.
The book club came and read us a story form Australia. We played some Australian musical instruments to help tell the story.
We had fun doing music, dance and movement with Kimbles.
​​​​​​We performed the Wriggly Nativity. We were amazing!
After all the fun of dancing and meeting our special visitor, we sat down to have some treats.
We loved playing in the snow. There was just a bit but we made the most of it before it melted.
We designed and made our very own boats. We enjoyed experimenting with floating and sinking. We tested our boats in the water.
We learned about Chinese New Year with lots of activities.
We had a teddy bear's picnic as part of our 'We're going on a bear hunt' topic. We were so excited to bring in our own bears.
We decorated biscuits for our Mums as part of our Mother's Day celebrations. We wore our won clothes for Red Nose Day to raise money for children in this country and other countries.
These are the eggs that we made at home for the competition. They are amazing! Well done everyone.
Wow! These are the chicks that hatched in school. They have grown so much in 10 days. We were all so kind and gentle when giving them a cuddle. It was very exciting and you can see how happy we are!
​​​​​​We did lot of building with our Dads as part of the den building morning. We were really pleased that Dads came in to celebrate Father's Day.
We have been learning about pirates and ships in dance.
