During reading week we met the author Wes Magee. He shared some of his poems with the children. They really enjoyed it. Our favourite was called Stroke the cat. We also enjoyed a visit from Primary Books who told us a story all about Africa and how the zebra got his stripes. Some of the children also came to our reading breakfast. Here are some of the photographs that were taken.
We enjoyed a music workshop all about fireworks.....We had to make firework noises, we danced like firewords and used instruments to make the same sounds as fireworks. We had lots of fun. Take a look.....
Here we are looking for signs of Autumn in our woodland area.
