Nursery

The children in Nursery have settled in really quickly.  We have lots of fun learning through play.  The pictures below show a few examples of some of the activities we have been doing.

We experiment with mark making in lots of different ways, indoors and outdoors.

The bikes are very popular.

We enjoy playing and learning outside.

Painting is always fun.

We have been busy practising our cutting skills.  We have made Chinese lanterns to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

When we are exploring the sounds that different instruments can make it can get a bit noisy at Nursery but it is lots of fun.

The children enjoyed the change in routine when they came to Nursery dressed as their favourite book character.  The day concluded our topic on 'Books'.

At the beginning of the Summer Term 2 the Nursery staff and children worked together to improve their outdoor learning environment.  Below you can see some before and after photographs.  We had lots of fun and I am sure you will agree the transformation was well worth all of the hard work.
