We use knowledge organisers in our lessons to support children with their learning. You can use them at home to talk to your child about what they are learning at school (This should help to jog their memory when you ask the question... "What have you done at school today?" and they reply with "Nothing" or "I can't remember"). You can check their understanding by asking them questions based on the facts on the organisers. This will help the knowledge to 'stick' and support them with their progress at school. The knowledge organisers include all of the topic's key facts that we expect the children to know by the end of the year.
